172 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) Winners Announced

Recognizing Excellence in Remodeling

NARI National congratulates the 2017 Regional CotY winners. Anticipation builds as 172 Regional CotY winners will be honored and National winners will be announced at NARI’s Evening of Excellence reception and awards ceremony on Friday, April 7 at the Hilton Resort and Villa in Scottsdale, AZ.

Contractors from seven regions around the country vie for CotY Awards each year. Judging is based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty by an impartial panel of industry experts. Over 400 submissions were carefully evaluated as the competition heated up this year.  Regional CotY Winners will now advance as finalists at the national level.

$103,000,000 represented in this year’s submitted entries across seven regions and multiple project categories.

Each year NARI presents CotY awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The entries of this year’s competition totaled more than $103 million worth of remodeling projects.

NARI’s promise, Remodeling Done Right, is exemplified by NARI members who submitted projects for consideration. Entrants exhibited the highest level of skill, professionalism and dedication to the industry. NARI is a professional association whose members voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. To be considered for a CotY Award, a company must be a NARI member in good standing.
